1. Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-business-day waiting period — this is intentional.
2. Loss Limit: If you reach a set loss amount, bajli will automatically end your session.
3. Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play. Once the time is up, you'll receive a reminder.
4. Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. Once the period ends, you can reactivate your account yourself.
5. Self-Exclusion: Choose to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. The exclusion cannot be cancelled while active. You will also stop receiving promotional messages during this period.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bajli settles bets according to the following rules:

• Match fully cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it starts, the full bet amount is refunded to your main wallet within 48 hours.
• Abandoned Match (Cricket): If the required overs or runs are not completed and there is no official result, bajli will generally void the entire bet and return the stake. However, for in-play bets, settlement may be based on the portion completed before the interruption.
• Football or other sports: If the match is not replayed within 72 hours, the bet is voided.
• Accumulator Bets: If one match in an accumulator is cancelled, it is treated as a win and the remaining selections stay active.

Bajli has several key measures in place to protect users' information and funds:

• 256-bit SSL Encryption: All data exchanged between your browser and bajli's servers is encrypted. No one can intercept it in transit.
• Data Storage: NID, identity documents, and KYC files are stored on secure, internationally compliant servers and are never sold to any third party.

Enabling 2FA on bajli means that even if your password is stolen, no one can access your account — they would still need the OTP sent to your mobile. Steps to enable it:

1. Log in to bajli.best.
2. Click the profile icon at the top right and go to "Account Settings".
3. Look for the "Security" tab.
4. Click the "Enable" button next to the "Two-Step Verification" or "Two-Factor Authentication" option.
5. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it in the designated field.
6. Once confirmed, 2FA will be activated on your account.

From then on, every login will require both your password and a code sent to your mobile. OTPs are typically valid for 5 minutes. If your mobile number has changed, please first Help Center Contact support to update your number, then enable 2FA.
